Due to the nature of the product all sales are FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchange. 

 LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGE ORDERS:

We are happy to offer Simply Shipping Protection for all Slate Brands orders. Keep this protection option on at checkout and your package will be protected in the event of damage, loss, or theft. If your order includes Simply Shipping Protection and you experience damage to your package while in transit, or loss/theft at delivery, please contact support@slatebrands.com and we will be happy to assist you through the simple claim process. Refund/replacement requests for damaged, lost or stolen items must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests after this point will be denied.

*If your package is not protected with Simply Shipping Protection, we are unable to accept any liability for damage, loss, or theft.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

 Slate Brands processes and ships orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-5 business days to handle and pack. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. If you are outside the contiguous United States, i.e., Alaska and Hawaii, shipping can take around 6-8 business days. These shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
